1. Driven by three Servo Motors. Much more flexible than basic models with Frequency Inverter
2. With PLC & user-friendly HMI control panel, very easy to set up and operate.
3. Self diagnosis function which indicates failures clearly.
4. When you change Bag Length setting on the screen, the actual bag length change instantly. Save your waste on the packaging film.
5. High sensitivity Eyemark photocell tracking to guarantee precision cutting position.
6. Bags length can be cut to fit product, can be cut to preset length or can be cut to the Eyemark position. Very flexible!
7. No product, no film feeding. Avoid empty bags!
8. When the End-seal Jaws cut on the product, the Jaws will stop and reverse automatically to protect the End-seal mechanism.
9. Independent PID controllers for Mid-Seal and End-Seal to guarantee accurate sealing temperature
10. Positioned stop function, you can set the blades to stop certain any angle when machine stops.
11. All food contact parts to be stainless steel.
12. The drive and transmission system are much simpler than basic models and therefore the machine is much more reliable.
