OVF-800S is a high-speed Flow Wrapping Machine integrated with Product Aligner for packing confectionery products into pillow packs. The automatic Product Aligner is driven by servo motors. It takes the products out of the production line, lines them up straight as well as adjusts the space between products, so they are perfectly ready before going into the machine and being wrapped. The complete machine is perfect for soft or fragile products such as deposited or enrobed chocolate bars, coated wafers, biscuits, cereal bars and similar bar shaped products in fin-seal packs / pillow packs.
OVF-800S has up to NINE servo motors for product aligning, film feeding and sealing, which guarantees stable and high-speed running. Top speed goes up to 800ppm. It is very spectacular to see all products flying through the machine and come out nicely wrapped.
The Automatic Film Splicer (Film reels changeover automatically) has reduced the production down time and improved the efficiency greatly.
